Pay close attention to your consumption
The human body can process approximately one standard drink per hour. If you consume more than that, you risk being impaired and being over the legal limit for blood alcohol concentration. And, it may take less than one drink based on your size, metabolism, and other factors. Be sure to completely finish a drink before considering another. Letting people “top off” your glass can make it difficult to gauge your consumption.
